Our Story

AcroWorld started as an idea between two acrobats in Berlin — Caspar and Alex — who were frustrated by how hard it was to find acro events, connect with training partners, and discover new teachers while traveling.

What began as a mobile app to list jams and workshops has grown into a full platform serving the global partner acrobatics community. Along the way, Maik and Vanessa joined the team, bringing fresh energy, technical expertise, and a strong focus on community to help AcroWorld grow on the web and beyond.

Today, AcroWorld helps acrobats around the world discover events, find teachers, and connect with their local communities. We're all active acrobats ourselves, and everything we build comes from a genuine love for this practice and the incredible people in it.

Caspar is one of the original founders of AcroWorld. With years of experience in partner acrobatics, he envisioned a platform that would bring the global acro community closer together.

Alex is one of the original founders and a core developer of AcroWorld. A passionate acrobat from Berlin, he shapes the technical foundation that powers the platform.

Maik Pickl

Developer

Maik joined the team later and has been instrumental in building out AcroWorld's web platform. An experienced acrobat himself, he combines his love for coding with a deep understanding of the community's needs.
